This is to submit for it Alibaba Cloud Challenge: Make a web game.<

What did I make

Robver is a modern 3D robot the web game that connects creative building mechanics with a strategic war gameplay. Players can design their unique robot through intuitive customized system, choose different heads, bodys, arms and feet. Each war affects robot’s capabilities.

This was my introduction to my wicking, in which Coptlot was allowed to work mostly.

The code base

Alibaba Cloud Services Implementation

Originally designed to operate on ECS using an autoscling group, I used this architecture instead of trying to improve SAE cost, based on the understanding that I do not need to run all -time events because consumers will be contradictory. All architecture is implemented using Tarafarum via IAC, so that it has an easy stand up to another account as needed. Among some of the challenges that I had included before using every individual services through tarfers, but auxiliary staff was very fast to help me solve any problem. I had a little trouble to get my custom domain working with CDN because something is built in blacklisting, and even because cloud flair offers Edge TL for free, but only if you use it as a proxy, not straight named DNS. It made things a bit around with a domain verification for CDN, and I didn’t want to pay HTTPS traffic through CDN, so I had to take a two steps to resolve it.

Note: It represents about 29 29 % cost savings compared to ECS -based architecture. Cost can vary based on actual use samples, data transfer, and storage requirements. The server lace model ensures that you only pay for the original use of the resources.

Points of cost correction

1. Use safe examples to save 30 % for base ECS example
2. Implement the appropriate catching to reduce the database load
3. Care carefully the auto scaling doorstep
4. Use OSS Life Cycle Rules to handle storage costs
5. Monitor and improve data transfer patterns
