This is the new edge: Emotional relationship.

But with something else: a quiet, permanent loop between you and your users.
So I started with some principles:

This is not perfect. It’s getting ready. But it has already changed how people interact with the products that use it.

This presence is about to be created.
A product that recognizes its customers.
A place that feels responsible and real.
One way for people to feel like input even if they do not pay electricity users or consumers yet.
This is the layer that is missing most of the sauce products.
And I think this is the layer that will be the most important in the coming years.

You will not win by becoming the fastest to send the ship.
You will win by building something that feels connected to people.
Something that hears.
Something that responds.
Something that remembers for whom it is.
